Support our Adoption!

God is growing the Pohlman family. You would think that we are only referring to adding children, but He is doing so much more.

We've spent two years in seminary with two more to go. It has been a season of amazing growth. God has been teaching us how to trust in Him completely. We had no idea how He was going to provide food, shelter, education for the children, seminary tuition, and a thriving marriage. But in so many simple yet incredible ways he has sustained our joy each day.

We've taken risks of faith, sacrificed comfort to obtain a greater joy. Being the needy children of God that we are we can only ask Him to give us more. So here we are taking front row seats to God's amazing story unfolding in our lives. We want more joy. We want more opportunity for Him to display His awesome power through us. In the midst of this season we are trusting Him to provide for an adoption through even the most meager means in order that we might experience a joy that living in ease could never create.

We're adopting a child from Uganda. A beautiful 3-year-old girl has already been matched with us and our children are excited for a new sister. The next steps include much paperwork and payments accompanying various government reviews. Soon we will develop our travel plans to bring our amazing little girl home to receive all the inheritances of being a Pohlman child. We will spend 6-12 weeks in Uganda, so we need to save money for travel, to cover expenses while Adam is away from work, and to pay all of the adoption fees.

While we are in Uganda we hope to be involved as much as we are allowed in working with the kids and serving with our gifts in the church. We want to be a blessing as much as we want to be blessed.

Pray for smooth transitions, that our hearts abound, and that we all would know Christ's saving love through this journey.

We would love to have you join us in this ministry. If you are able to help us at all financially, please follow this link below.
